KC Engineering Provided the Following Services:

This facility was designed on a greenfield site to expand their production capacity. KC Engineering provided structural engineering design, life safety code review and architectural design to the owner, Prairie AquaTech. The 45,000

square-foot plant includes a three (3) story, 24,000

square-foot steel framed processing area, a 16,500

square-foot pre-engineered metal building warehouse and 4,500 square-foot pre-engineered metal building office space.

KC Engineering also designed ancillary structures such as the receiving building, milling building and exterior catwalks.

Completed in 2019, the facility is capable of annually producing 30,000 tons of a primary ingredient in fish food.
