This cold storage warehouse facility was designed and constructed in 2014 to support an adjacent Farmland Foods facility and is approximately 300,000 square feet. It included freezer and cooler spaces, a two-story administration area, ammonia refrigeration equipment room, maintenance shop, and electrical equipment room.
